Agenda 13 is to support the techniques of control systems such as GAP, HACCP and traceability, to establish the control system for hazardous substances and microorganisms, and to develop techniques for agro-food safety. Agenda 14 is to design a new research program that contains the development of functional food harmonized with consumer trends, the development of processed agro-foods, and the development of new machine technology for the creation of high value-added post-harvest agro-foods through the development of new nutritional and functional agro-foods and techniques. Agenda 15 is to globalize Korean foods by increasing the quality and the level of standardization of traditional Korean Kimchi as an exemplar and Korea's contribution to global cuisine.
