Currently, the demand for consultancy to address
complicated farming issues such as insects, diseases, growth
disorders and damages on agricultural commodities has been
rapidly increasing. A group of RDA experts, called “Green
Technology Field Supporters”, has visited and solved most
of the problems in the farmers field. Also the hot-line service
for farmers has been provided at 1544-8572. The
Administration also operates Client Support Center to handle
the online, mail and offline civil calls for support.
